Roman has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the construction process from initial budget through close-out and beyond. He is a detail-oriented construction professional with a background in institutional project management/ supervision and hands-on experience leading Design and Construction teams on commercial renovations of active spaces, luxury ground-up custom homes, healthcare, and facilities management. This combined experience makes him uniquely qualified to work with clients and end-users to meet or exceed their Quality, Schedule, and Financial goals. Roman graduated with a dual B.S/ B.E. degree in Physics & Civil Engineering from New York University/ Stevens Institute of Technology.
Eamon Quirke
Owner/ Chief Operating Officer
Eamon Quirke has worked in the healthcare facilities and construction management industry for over 20 years. His experience as the department leader for multiple institutions has provided him with the hands-on knowledge of managing successful engineering operations programs and dozens of renovations and ground-up construction projects in the healthcare industry. Eamon is a SUNY Maritime College graduate with a B.E. in Marine Engineering.
Federico LaFemina
Director of Energy Services
Federico LaFemina has over 18 years of well-established experience in the operations, maintenance, and commissioning of engineering systems, most commonly within healthcare and higher education facilities. His diversified and knowledgeable work in project management, building commissioning, and developing facility operation and maintenance programs effectively improve and enhance energy efficiency, and system reliability and resiliency. Federico holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.

Charles Monaco has worked in the healthcare, commercial facilities, and construction management industry for over 20 years. His experience as a facilities leader for multiple organizations has provided him with the hands-on knowledge of managing successful engineering operations programs and dozens of renovations and construction projects. Mr. Monaco has a passion of being in the field, managing and working along all the tradespeople while bringing the project to a successful completion.
